High Country

There is something quite special in being on horseback atop the high country of Sofala.

The hills stretch off forever into the distance, the sense of freedom is incredible. To experience the sensation of other horseman about you, mobs of kangaroo hurtling across your path, tiny homesteads nestled in cosy valleys far below, rivers snaking their journey through a maze of mountains and a pair of mighty wedge tailed eagles soaring overhead~ this is large scale experience, the senses reel~ no camera can capture such moments.
